Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to provide the best products and services, but we understand that cancellations and returns may be necessary.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Refunds are not available for customized/personalized products unless defective.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Return Policy

  • Products must be returned unused and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
